From Goodreads:

Natalie Bear found a quaint old farmhouse that needed some TLC. Upon moving in, she discovered that she wasn’t alone in the house. Her resident ghost happens to be a hunky cowboy that she can’t keep her mind off of. Not to mention, one of her handymen has a certain appeal too. Trying to overcome her dark past, she finds love in the cowboy who can also soothe her raging desire. Drawn between two men, each with their own hidden secrets, Natalie must choose who she wants more.

As the Winter Solstice draws near, the veil between the living and the dead grows thinner. Before claiming which man she wants, the evil spirits in the house come out to play. Along with her ex husband who wants nothing more than her blood.

I enjoyed the book, but was a little confused by some of the story line going on in the book. Natalie is starting a new life after her abusive husband is locked up. After moving into an old house that is on ancient Indian land, she comes in contact with several ghosts living there, one who is a cowboy who she finds herself mysteriously drawn to. She also finds herself drawn to one of the locals in town.

The story seemed kind of rushed to me and there wasn't any consistency with the story line. There was a lot going on this book and it as I said earlier confused the heck out of me. Like one the the lead male characters is a ghost, but later in the story you find out he is a wolf too *scratching my head*. But then so is the other male lead. Also, I liked Natalie's toughness, but I also thought she was a little wishy washy...kinda flaky.

The sex scenes were okay, not enough to make wanna grab the hubby & do some dirty things to him ;)

All & all, this one gets 3 Black Orchids...

Lata Days...MUAH!
