Humans aren’t as alone as they choose to believe. Every human possesses a trait of supernatural that lays dormant within their genetic make-up. Centuries of diluting and breeding have allowed humans to think they are alone and untouched by magic. But what happens when something changes?

Ambrose Griffin is older than most, if not all, civilizations. As each year passes, he submerses himself into his training, only relaxing around his protégée and friend, Shade. After losing his wife and children in the last Angelic Wars, he guards his heart and has no desire to share it with another.

Bookkeeper and romance novel enthusiast, Jamie Bennett dreams of being swept off her feet by a white knight. However, her life is no romance book. Since meeting Ambrose—a sexy, delicious angel—she’s been twisted inside out and doesn’t know why. Things are happening that she can’t control and now her life is in danger.

Balin Drake is stuck in hell, literally. His life of refusing to take souls, even though it’s part of his demon nature, has caught up with him. He’s dying and now must search for his true half, but even a mating may not save him. When he meets the two people who could fill that part, he’ll need to fight for something he hasn’t felt in over a century—hope.

Warning: Contains a rigid angel who needs a certain sexy woman to help him unwind, a book keeper who finds herself the creamy center of the best cookie ever, and a demon who has a certain taste for pressing them both against walls.

Her Warriors Three Wishes started off slow for me, but picked up about maybe half way through the read. After Jamie discovered her powers (which was totally awesomeness), I pretty much was glued to my NOOK. I’ll give Carrie Ann Ryan this…this story took off running and really did not stop, that I enjoyed probably too much.

The blurb pretty much gives you a wonderful description of what’s going on in this series…but to give you a little more (just a little). Five chicks…best friends get struck by lightning & this sets off their “Other” genes. This is the second book in Dante’s Circle and this is Jamie’s story and oh what a story this is. I loved it!

Jamie pretty much knows who her other half is, but Ambrose (who I’m seriously crushing on right now…that white hair man) an battle angel pretty much avoids her and he has his own reasons. But, just wait....what if there’s a third that she belongs with as well? Oh yeah, Ms. Ryan gives us a “Triad” and oh what I would not have given to be in-between a sexxy ass demon and battle angel (Jamie, you lucky ass girl!). Jamie also finds out that she's also mated to a demon in hell and this is where Balin comes in. But he isn't your ordinary soul eating monster from hell, no Balin is dying because he’s not this and he needs not only Jamie, but Ambrose too.

What I like most about this story was that Carrie Ann made it so easy for you to like her characters and she also just dug right to the grit of it all. The relationship between these three just flowed and I really enjoyed how they came together so easily. There was no dragging out of ones feelings, and it’s not to say that Ms. Ryan made it too easy, but she did keep a steady flow throughout the book. And let me just say that I appreciated that she made this a sexual relationship between all three of them. I say this because most M/F/M relationships books that I've read, it’s usually the two men having sex with the one woman almost kind of separately although they‘re all in one bed. Carrie Ann truly made this a threesome, for Ambrose & Balin shared kisses and touches…it was seriously hot.

Even with the slow start, the world building was well executed and very wasn't overdone. The characters were all totally likable and we find out about new additions in this world (Fawkes…loving him already). The heat level…sex scenes were heart pounding.
