Challenges! - I'm doing pretty good, but that dang of TBR challenge is exactly that...a damn challenge.

1 book towards my set goal of 18 books. I have 15 more books to read.

0 series read in March, I still have 3 more series to read towards my goal.

3 books. My goal is unlimited, so I'm just reading..lols. Of course, the goal is to get more books of this genre read.

*sigh* none...nada..zip..zilch, you get the idea. And this is just beyond crazy because I have so many dang on books just sitting...on my floor, on my shelf, on my NOOK & Kindle. You get the idea...lols.

Memes! - I'm linking my favorite post for the month....click on the pic sexxy's :D

I got a little creative...I needed the distraction. So I created some headers for the blog, you'll see them along with headers that Ana from Beach Bum Reviews did for me popping up every now and again. Thank you Pixlr, Youtube and 123rf

I saw one movie this month and that was Singles Mom's Club by Tyler Perry. If you like the theme of hard working, single woman coming together with the common goal of looking out for each other and their children, then I think you will like this one. It was a good movie and funny too. There's one woman, Nia Long's character who is an aspiring author :D

And besides my usual regular occasional promo posts, its been a pretty busy month here at SR, I like that. Also, if you noticed that my review request page is down, it is.

Have a great April fellow readers!

  3. It was a fast month. I just turned in my re-cap post to Shari and thought the same thing. You had some enjoyable posts this month. Don't feel bad, I didn't light a fire with my Series or TBR Challenges either. I think the last header is the cutest for some reason. It just stood out to me. Glad you could have fun with all that.

  4. These sounds very atmospheristic and that book three really seems to get intense. These guys really get put through the ringer.

Thanks for sharing about the series!

  7. I am seriously loving the new header. All these artistic bloggers are giving me a complex. I need to get in a TBR challenge, mine is demanding voting rights.

  8. Speaking of which, I need to update my header and blog look too. I don't think I can do it though, it's too overwhelming and my domain change is still giving me the hives!

You had a great month, Sharonda! Keep it up lady!

  9. LOL Pixlr is a good one. It sucks a lot of my time away. I can't believe this month is over either! Crazy how fast it goes. And did you review Safeword or just read it? If you reviewed I totally missed it! I've got it on my tbr list. Some day. Some day. lol

  10. thanks Seblla :D lols...I'm far from artisitc, trust me...lolls.

That TBR challenge is throwing me for a loop. I'm trying to go back and read books that have been sitting and then something new comes along and...well, its just crazy :)

  11. I love Pixlr so much now Anna...I'm always on it messing around. I be sitting here thinking I wonder what else I can learn and over to youtube I go..lols.

I put Safeword down for now. I tried to get into it, but couldn't. I don't think I'm in in BDSM mindframe right now. It seems like it has potential though. The female is a wonderful submissive and he's a dom's dom..I'm going to try it again this month though so you probably see it again..lmbo.

  12. Ah I know how that goes. I had to set down a BDSM one earlier this month and still haven't finished it up. It's not bad but was just eh. I wasn't really beliving him as a Dom or her as a sub though it was a nice storyline. Just not coming across as what I was being told they were, ya know?

Hopefully we can both get back into them and like them on round 2. :)

  13. yep...it's like you said. Some stories just feel forced..maybe too much? idk.

you can nudge me though, lols because I'll forget :D
