As usual, I just have to gush about Natasha Blackthorne. Book 2 in Regency Risks series is a continuation of Jon, the earl of Ruel and his now lady wife Anne. This story...goodness. I know I can alway count on Natasha to give me a story that is above and beyond what I usually expect in a historical romance.

"Nothing matters but the circle of you and I." - Jon, Earl of Ruel

  1. LOL Sharonda I am SO with you on those women. Side hoes indeed. Lordy they had me livid! And he might have made me want to pinch him a little too. lol I can't wait for the next one :)

  2. Great review Sharonda, I like when historical romance get smexy! Girl, I don't know how you do vlog reviews...I think I'd be a hot mess in front of a camera...LOL I'll have to check out this author, haven't read anything by her yet.

  3. Lmbo! Man..I wanted to put a hurting on those chicks! yep...wanted to pinch Jon too...let the woman breathe already... lolls

  4. thanks Lori :) I'm coming along..lols. I still have a ways to go..I jacked up some words: )

Natasha writes some steamy sexxy stuff..you must check her out.

  5. Wiping my eyes of the laughter tears after that bit of twenty-first century lingua lesson. So funny! And yes, I will think of Side Hoes staying in their own lanes when I encounter a vindictive vixen in my books who can't let the man go. Glad you liked this one even if it frustrated the pants off you. I still need to get busy and read book one.

  6. lmbo, exactly Sophia...let that man go, he don't want ya anymore, lols. So frustrated though, but it was still a totally good read.

Oh you need to read her books, especially this series..its so good.

  7. I think I'll get the first one next month when my budget restarts. I've seen four strongly favorable reviews on these and I've been wanting to try Natasha's books anyway.
